About

The original psychic plague panacea [PPP] (a.k.a. Shawn Blog) has been on Twitter since since July 19, 2006, serving as the intermittent brain dump and publishing regular (but quite random) musings of Shawn Honnick, who is unimpressed that you ride your bike to work, is sporadically obsessed with the latest phone (among other things), just has to know how things on the web work and runs primarily on falafel, sushi, Chipotle, and other stuff.

Living in New York for a few years and later moving to Rancho Santa Fe, California in 2002 to start up the first camera phone blogging service when it was still considered a novelty (only because nobody had a camera phone yet), PPP was only used as the name of this web site for a short while when that startup finally pulled the plug in 2006. “Shawn Blog” later shed the PPP name (and Dad’s old red Fiero GT)while working in Reston VA at Sprint Headquarters, prior the third downsizing in two years which was, of course, the end of being a web monkey for Sprint — but not the end of Shawn Blog.

Occasionally writing about mobile technology and lifestyle, making chili many have loved to regret, and still convinced that Paperwork-o-phobia, which returned zero search results on Google before the first post (ever) about it here, should be studied as a legitimate phobia, “Shawn Blog” also spends a great deal of time leveraging Google Adwords and doing all kinds of other IT and web related things for small businesses and law firms.

So, if you you need to create any type of web content or that warm fuzzy email buried in a mound of spam (or if you have questions about vanity plates, iPhone, or you’re interested in learning all about making custom ring tones), please take a moment to gather and summarize your thoughts before you ask.
