Bubble Tea
There is place just a down the street from my office that sells bubble tea. I love it and there are days that I literally crave it. Especially in the summer.
This afternoon was no different. So I added this tweet at the time.
I got a few @replies with some loving them and others not familiar. Then an hour ago, I noticed Greg Pass from Twitter wanting one as well.
So I decided to check Twitter Search to see if others had tweets about Bubble Tea too.
My favorite is avocado bubble tea (shake) here. I need to try the other flavors, but avocado is surprisingly awesome. I’m downright adventurous but I was pretty much aghast at the idea of this flavor when a friend I really respect suggested it as the only one to order… and WOW! It’s just fantastic.
This is pretty much the only thing that makes me wish I lived closer to Seven Corners ;-)

The anti-Radiohead movement grows
I hate Radiohead. There. I said it.I like the idea they want to try a new distribution method for their music but that doesn’t make me want to listen to it either.
Same here. I admire the download and pay what you want idea. I hope this idea or something like it is adopted industry wide as a realistic way to move into the future of music distribution but Radiohead is too gloomy / melancholy for my taste. I’ve never liked them and, unlike many bands that end up growing on me over time, I don’t think I ever will.
I certainly don’t “hate” them (the people), but I immediately turn off their music whenever possible because I really don’t like the vibe. Sometimes I walk away (but never run) from people who listen to them as well! ;-)

Uh, that's actually kinda of stalker-ish.
Someone googled my name yesterday and spent 4 hours on 169 pages of my Tumblr site jaclynwile.com.
I find this alarming because, well, I’m not interesting enough for 4 hours of anyone’s time. Unless you’re a stalker, and then 4 hours just zips right by, doesn’t it?
This has happened to me a few times. Checking the IP on one, I figured it was an ex-empoyer. As long as their not in front of my house or next to me in traffic or at dinner, I’m OK with a some light stalking.
