I’m much more productive and creative when I work from home. My choice is to go to the office for meetings. Now, if only I could bring my second monitor home! :-)
I’m a huge advocate of allowing employees to work from home when they want or on a schedule that’s the most conducive to how they work, and Dan Benjamin explains why better than I ever could have:

Think about it: you’re hiring somebody who needs to concentrate to be productive, and then you’re putting them in a situation where they can’t.
