I’ll be engaged in somewhat similar activity on 12/24. Because I’ve married a Cebuana, any holiday event or, really, any party at all that involves more than 5-6 people customarily includes lechon. The one I’m picking up will already be cooked and on a board, ready for carving. I’ll be picking up my friends Roger and Rick on that drive as well, so the car will actually be full of pigs!
