this is amazing. absolutely ridiculous what technology has done.

The HoliDAZE make people do the stupidest things. This is actually pretty cool, even though it falls into the aforementioned classification.

I was greeted with the little red banded warning message below by Gmail yesterday, suggesting that my account had been accessed (presumably hacked) from Romania. I was, at first, very alarmed, but realized that granting SugarSync permission to send invitations to my Gmail contacts must have been the cause.

Needless to say, I was not in Romania.
If you received multiple invites from me for SugarSync, I must have more than one email address for you in my Gmail contacts. Sorry for the SPAM!
I’m not all that  impressed with SugarSync. Dropbox is much cleaner and easy to use.
I’m STILL looking for a way to select and upload multiple files from iPhone. I know the control to do this exists in IOS because I’ve seen it in native iPhone apps. Pixelpipe allows for multiple upload, but I still can’t do any multiple file manipulation from iPhone or iPad. I want to be able to move a group of files into a folder on Dropbox. I’d also really like to be able to compress/resize a batch of images from iPhone/iPad before moving them into a folder.
Seriously, is this too much to ask?

Again with this?
Second day and Starbucks location in a row… iPad works (allows their network to locate me), but iPhone is somehow not telling Starbucks new Digital Network my location (even though location services are on and set to work in Safari). They’re making a big deal that most users are switching from smartphone to another device when they’re in the location more than a short while… Maybe it’s because it doesn’t work on iPhone!? I’ll try again at another location soon. Have you successfully accessed http://starbucks.yahoo.com/ from an iPhone at a Starbucks location?

I’m this far inside my iPhone right now.

Should I do it?

I think I may need to rename my iPhone and iPad.
I had no idea that both can be synced simultaneously.
This is truly double plus good.

So, here’s a little Facebook iPhone app bug in Facebook Places (via Shawn Honnick)
Not too major… maybe not even a bug with the app. It could be IOS.I don’t know much about iPhone app development, but I guess it could also be a CSS issue (?)
When checking in, turning the phone so that the screen orientation flips over to landscape, then turning it back to portrait yields what you see here.
