This is the third traffic panhandler I’ve seen with the short crutches bent all the way over like this. I’m not saying that they are not handicapped in some way but it seems unlikely that it’s real.
Buses are always free, because the time saved when passengers aren’t fumbling for change more than makes up for the lost fare revenue.
